Carl_Conroy

Mr. Conroy was born in Buffalo, New York in 1958. After graduating high school, he served in the Armed Forces for four years. After serving in the Air Force, he obtained his undergraduate degree in Economics and the Russian Language at Syracuse University in New York. He then attended Syracuse University Law School, graduating in 1990.

Mr. Conroy has experience in all areas of the Law, and focuses his practice in the areas of Contracts, Business Transactions, Corporate/LLC acquisitions and Transfers, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Collections and Real Estate Transactions. He is a licensed attorney in both New York and North Carolina, and is affiliated with the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
